Project Overview

Pinoy Sari Sari is a compact grocery store offering a varied selection of chilled, frozen and ambient products.

With limited floor space available, the equipment needed to be carefully selected to provide the refrigeration and display capacity the store required without overwhelming the shop floor.

McGrath Refrigeration supplied a combination of display refrigeration, top view fridges and freezers suited to the layout and the different types of products sold in store.

The Requirement

The main requirement was to maximise refrigeration and display capacity within a relatively small retail space.

With a varied grocery offering, Pinoy Sari Sari needed different types of refrigeration for different products, from upright display units through to top view chilled and frozen storage.

The equipment also needed to fit naturally into the existing layout while keeping products clearly visible and accessible to customers.

McGrath Refrigeration worked with Pinoy Sari Sari to select refrigeration equipment that suited both the available space and the store’s product range.

A mix of display fridges, top view fridges and top view freezers was supplied, helping the store make effective use of its floor space while providing suitable chilled and frozen storage across its grocery range.

The result was a practical refrigeration layout designed around the way the shop operates and the space available.
