Description

The ILT/4-315 centrifugal fan is designed for installation in four-sided ducts, suitable for general HVAC applications, where its low installation height can be used. Due to the higher operating temperature, the ILT fan is suitable for ventilation of warehouses, restaurants, hospitals, sports halls, etc.

HOUSING	The fan housing is made of galvanized steel and equipped with flanges. The housing is equipped with a door for access to the impeller for inspection activities.
IMPELLER	The radial impeller with forward-curved blades is made of galvanized sheet metal and is statically and dynamically balanced.
MOTOR	The asynchronous squirrel-cage motor is equipped with a thermal fuse and a winding with protection against humidity. Insulation class F. The motor is equipped with greased-for-life ball bearings. Ingress protection IP 55.
DIRECTION OF ROTATION	The direction of rotation is indicated by an arrow on the housing. After start-up, the direction of rotation must be checked; If the direction is opposite, the phase sequence must be changed.
TERMINAL BLOCK	The terminal block is made of black plastic, it is placed loosely on the supply cable from the motor.
NOISE LEVEL	The noise emitted by the fan is given in the tables.
INSTALLATION	The mounting of the fan is possible in any position of the fan axis, preferably with the motor axis vertically with regard to the inspection activities and the possibility of removing the inspection cover.
SPEED CONTROL	The fan speed is controlled by means of the SD2 two-stage winding switch or also by a frequency converter.
